How I got my car back. With grease stains on the headliner. So not happy.

I so will once the service manger gets back from vacay. I will only deal with a manger from now on. I learned that Lesson.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
But they did, they did a new car detail. Can't you tell.....lol

I have way more picture of how my car came back. I keep a microfiber cloth in my car at all times to make sure it is clean all the time but how I got it back is unacceptable and they will so hear about it.

I would definitely bring it up to the manager, you should get it back cleaner than when you took it in

I really hope things get sorted out well for you. This is not acceptable. :(

big time not acceptable.

one the factors that makes me hesitant to drop 50 grand on a kia - dealer/service experience

hell, even when i had my mercedes benz, took it into the dealer for its service and got it back with 150 extra miles. there was a story years ago that eddie van halen had sued beverly hills ferrarri because they swapped out his tires for a set of used stock ones. he had the first gen pirelli's installed, (1986-ish?) and came back to find goodyears, i think. sured for a wheelcart load of money. so the fact that the service department is that careless with a customers car....that is a crying shame. and it makes you wonder why people hate dealerships/car salesmen so much.

Those stains gotta be someone's head right? Can you just mosey on into their workshop, spot the grease monkey with the brylcreem and presto is likely your culprit.

I‘m thankful to have worked for the dealership I purchased My stinger from because they make sure to take good care of me
This is the dealer I bought mine from.

After an experience like that I wouldn’t be bringing my car back to that dealership for service

I don't even know what this is and honesty I'm not sure I want to
Almost looks like they used it for a coffee cup and donuts, what is that small pink coloured piece, i have and will always try to remember to record or better yet take a photo of the odometer reading when i leave my Stinger from now on, photographic proof of mileage when you left your car with a date stamp. As for the what looks like greasy fingermarks on the headliner, as mentioned, totally unacceptable, for any model customer car, let alone Kia's most expensive Grand tourer, let them know ASAP. Goodluck.
Now things like that really make me upset, it should cost someones job, in my opinion.

Well I got tired of waiting for the service manager to get back from vacation. So I call the New Car Sales Manger and complained. Emailed him all the pictures and I will be taking my car back on sunday so they can do a full detail (again) and he will give me another loaner while they are cleaning it. All i can say it better come back pristine this time because it was when it went in for service.
