I don't think she wants one. Here are the comments from the drive:

I can't see over the dash (move the seat up)
I don't like that it's so squeezy (loosen the bolsters)
I don't like the [infotainment screen] in the way
Why is the rear window just a slit in the mirror?
I don't like that the windshield is so small, I have no [visibility].
It feels like a boat (funny enough her Santa Fe has the same footprint)
OMG the [HUD] shows the speed limit?!
I don't like that the seats move when you turn it off.

She's not a fan lol. I drove it back home after this drive, and I got a "why are you driving like a dick" with a 4K RPM acceleration in comfort mode. LOL.

Sounds like a biased opinion lol. Was she against the purchase since a while ago?
Also out of curiosity, does she hate rollercoasters? Cuz my gf scared the same way and hates rollercoasters

My wife is one of those "drive it til it dies" types I think, so there was no competitive purchase in mind, she just thought she would try it. She also doesn't like roller coasters. I should have made her floor it in Sport lol.

I can’t get my wife out of the bloody thing. She doesn’t like roller coasters either. I think she sees the Stinger as a roller coaster where she chooses the duration and the severity of the ride.

My wife's first comment was " oh my god your car drives like butter" then she got a telluride. Different perceptions clearly

Then again I put a cat back on it and when she drove it for the first time she didn't mention the change. Maybe she only pays attention so much.

My wife is the “drive it till the wheels fall off” type also. But, she’s awesome in the fact that she knows that I’m very picky about cars and didn’t try to talk me out of the Stinger since she saw I liked it so much on the test drive. The only thing she didn’t like at first was how touchy the brakes are. Hasn’t complained since

No wife, but probably the only person I'd let drive mine is my sister. I taught her how to drive when were kids so she knows how. Only problem I see is she'd complain how slow the Stinger is. Her car is a 2017 CTS-V.

Yep....sounds like a wife to me.

lol Really??! :P
In my case sounds like my husband to me! In all fairness he does like my Stinger, and does like to drive it. He just is not all into the modding side.

So all in all I don’t think you could have asked for a better result.

OP: funny. My wife has a bigger lead foot than I do. We would have had several speeding tickets by now, if she drove a Stinger (note, "a" Stinger, not mine:p).

She has never driven it but she does complain when I put my foot down and the bi-modal exhaust starts trumpeting. Not a performance car fan. More into SUVs. :(

Stinger is for enthusiast and car lovers not a grocery getter.

The best part of getting groceries would be the stinger

"Oh darn, forgot the bread! Guess I'll make a quick pit-stop and head back out."

Nah.. you know what I mean. His wife should get a Mommy SUV car.

My wife complain that she has to move her head to enter. Then she hate the after market exhaust, also the bov sound. Plus, she cannot park her own car for shit, its all scuffed up. There is a negative 1000 chances that I ever lend her the keys. :)

She drives a Hyundai Santa Fe and if getting something new, wants another SUV, so you are correct. I'll do my best to swing her into a Porsche Macan tho hahaha

My girlfriend hates it, rolls her eyes when she sees sport mode pop on the screen, she misses my K900.

You can disable the drive mode display on the screen. It will save her eyes!
