From my understanding, you don’t. You do localized repainting if it’s bad enough.
The biggest thing was to make sure bugs didn’t have time to sit on the paint. You’d use a special matte care soap to remove them daily. Otherwise they began to fuse to the paint.
bugs and I presume bird crap. but sometimes you don't get the chance to remove bugs and crap in a timely fashion, then I guess your matte finish is blemished.

Nice tribute edition, I love the matte finish but i would not take the risk as i'm too maniac with any swirls.
Question, the wasp logo on the headrest i have seen it as bumper emblem but i cannot find it anywhere anymore, very weird, is there anyone here who has an idea where to find it?
My dealer confirmed they are getting a tribute edition in. I got my 18 GT2 AWD from them right before the scamdemic hit, and they have been hounding me to buy it back.. I love it to much to do so. But, maybe I would be willing to trade (if they get 69/1000 lol!) But, I hope they're not all matte finish.
What I like better about my stinger:
Tail lights
Color (white is the best stinger color)
No cf inside.
cquence rotors and pads (no pulse)
What I like better about the tribute:
no idea until I see it in person.
maybe the wheels.
maybe the stereo if it doesn't do that cutout thing...
No, the tribute... is it called prestige somewhere else? Canada?
I had a matte finish motorcycle once. A Victory Highball. It was great and fit the bike. To clean it all you did was wipe it down with a wet rag.. maybe a little windex. But you never "washed" or "waxed" it. I can't imagine that as a car. I love my white stinger.
If I got ascot green I'd need to buy a real ascot and wear it.

lol. no, I meant you like the prestige about having a Tribute Edition more than you like your current Stinger. I was being funny, this almost always happens when I try that.
maybe optimum nor rinse or similar rinseless car washing is the same thing as 'wiping down with a wet rag' and it would do matte finish well. I'd just worry that something would need touchup and then your screwed because there is no way a touchup pen/brush is going to be as inconspicuous on a matte finish as on high gloss.
I wish Kia had offered an RS version at 450 hp and I'd be driving it instead of my GT2.
And I agree that Kia should have bumped the Tribute's hp to say 425. If they did, I would have bought one. As it stands now, the Tribute offers me nothing over my GT2.
It's too bad it's being discontinued, I honestly think it's one of the best looking cars available - what a beauty!
And no, I am not interested in an EV at all, so no more Kia purchases for me. And the Genisys G70 isn't nearly as good looking as the Stinger either, so that's a no-go too.

Kia would have never gone through the trouble of offering a more powerful Stinger as the final/tribute version. It's wishful thinking, unfortunately. They would have had to pay big $$$ to test and certify the additional changes to the car, plus they have to keep in mind the changes will accomodate the 10 year 100K warranty. They wouldn't do that for a car they are discontinuing in a shrinking segment.
450hp is easily achievable on the existing Stingers right now.

You're correct but you'd think that with all the "special edition" models over the years gts, indigo blue special edition, scorpion, grand tourer, could be forgetting a couple, that they would've taken 1 trim package and up the hp. 400hp would've been a good even number, not too crazy, could've maybe added lightweight wheels or subtracted a few items to lighten the car. Something, anything would've been nice.
