Just the winners (12).
Is there going to be a calendar for sale to the forum, then? Or is this year just a trial run for 2020?
You will have to ask
Sal that one but he is under the pump at moment with family issues i found out today. Pm him and he will get around to msg eventually.
I'm hoping theres more for sale I thought that's what I originally heard?
Sorry for the delay, everyone! I tried one last time to make a few improvements but the next batch came out exactly the same as the first. I have some learning to do in this area. In any event, calendars went out today and orders can be placed in the store here: The Kia Stinger Killer Calendar - Kia Stinger dot com
That's a bit steep (with shipping) for a calendar. But it's an "exclusive". I ordered one.
Thank you. The price will come down if I find people are buying it enough to buy a large quantity. In the meantime, I need to recoup costs. I spent over $80 in shipping so far today. Those international postage fees are a killer.
Sal do you need our addresses to mail out the people that are in the calendar?
Yes, the request got buried: The Kia Stinger Killer Calendar Competition
Got my calendar today; thanks
Sal for such speedy delivery!
OK, everybody, time to start taking some really original pictures for next year's!
Good u can enjoy my car for the next 19 days lol
You got 31 days i only got 30, poor February lol.
Since my car is your car's twin, I truly WILL enjoy it!
Yeh but u can enjoy all of them i missed a week as thats when it got here.
Sal, I received my calendar today. Looks awesome. Thanks again and I can’t wait until next years. Oh also June!!
Thank you! Yes, June is quite an attractive month.
Top month June especially those born on the 5th day
My favorite is October, my Bday month and a Silky Silver (I think; darker looking in the shade?). It's an odd one: looks to be a Base Stinger, but with dark chrome on it: could be the effect of being in the shade, I suppose.
Anyway. My positive feedback includes: good paper stock/quality; mostly good/interesting pictures; it's a Kia Stinger calendar exclusive. My criticisms are: picture resolution is mediocre to poor on most of them, they are pixelated in the linear way; not enough variation in car colors (I know, "most likes"; but that should have been coupled with "next most likes of a varying color from colors already chosen", imho); it should be bigger format, I was hoping for c. 14". Oh, one other thing; May, September and December Stingers got perforated for the coil binder. Bad call, imho. The subject should never be punched; I don't care how many "likes" the picture gets; it cheapens the whole calendar.
It's a nice five to ten buck calendar. So, as I already said, a bit steep (especially with shipping added on).
Next year's calendar, I hope, will be bigger, have all the available colors represented, and not be pixelated, i.e. the resolution of the submitted files must be a minimum MB size or be disqualified; most cellphone cameras these days will take c. 12MB size pictures; but I think 3 to 4 MB file size is a minimum that will not look pixelated when expanded to 14".
We could get started right now with the entries. I don't see any reason why not.
I’m just greatful there was one.
