The Grand Tour Stinger video

______________________________
Great entertainment, well done on posting it AV8R , will watch it again, and again,......and maybe again..haha

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
I think it’s only part of the review so you will have to wait for the rest of it. Season 2 episode 3. Glad you all like it.

As discussed elsewhere: It's okay for a brand demo. For a "Topgear" (ok, Grand Tour) video, the absence of any discussion etc about it is ridiculous and a fail.

Why so serious? It’s just a video.

Thanks for posting this! I watched it twice on my phone while in the customer lounge waiting for my new Stinger to be prepped. Fun to see what I WON'T have the nerve to do in my new baby.

Eh? Not trying to be "serious". I guess I just expected way more out of The Grand Tour taking a drive.

It's great there's a bootleg posting so non-prime members can see it. I was anxiously awaiting the episode and watched it about an hour after it went live. Like voon I was pretty disappointed by how little James May actually spoke about the car. Sorry if that's "serious" but I can't recall the last car they did a taped piece on then just glossed over their actual impressions of it so much. The bit about racing the skateboarders was fun though, I just wanted about 30 more seconds of James actually describing his likes and dislikes. Especially James, who hates when cars are tested on the Nurburgring as he doesn't like how that translates to real-world comfort, I would think would have mentioned that it had been tested there and still provides a comfortable ride.

You couldnt get the smile off his face in the vid racing up the mountain , and that spoke volumes to me

I just watched this episode last night. I love the show but I wish they could have dedicated another minute telling us more about the car. But the race did show how fun the car is.

It definitely looked fun, but I'd be hard pressed NOT to enjoy racing up that awesome road while competing against dudes on skateboards in any car, although preferably anything RWD. Although James May gets to do that kind of thing all the time, lucky bastard.

I'll somewhat forgive them, because the Unscripted Episode was quite funny. The "Conversation Street"s Landrover Discovery bit had me shit my pants. And nothing wrong with a bit of sexy finishing line, either :)

(PS: Palin .. lel. Guess that only works outside BBC :P)

Thanks for the video. I think he was kind of surprised how well the stinger did. I thought he enjoyed how the car would get loose under acceleration. Could have went more in depth, but it is all about enjoying the ride.

I think that’s why the Grand Tour is different to Top Gear. Producers have taken a more fun angle rather than over technical. I thought the clip was great as did others. Serious was the wrong adjective so sorry Voon. Rightly so the look on James Mays face spoke volumes.
