I use my everyday too, but it seem like it pitch and pull my hair almost every time I use it. I guess the solution for me is to cut my hair short so it cannot pitch.

I gave mine to the wife. She hasn't complained about her hair getting caught but she has said they like to fall down anytime she isn't looking straight ahead.

I got the harman kardon ones, not the Soho version. I really enjoy them. Never had any pinching.

It depends on when the car was bought. Kia sent out different headphones. The ones they sent me are Harmon Kardon.

Those are a much nicer headset (looking and sounding) than the ones sent out to recent buyers (last 6 months or so).

These are rebranded JBL if I recall. Jbl duet nc.

Not much bass. Not very loud.

Okay, I broke down and opened mine, and they're like nhcowboy28's. They do indeed look like the JBL ones, but they're apparently just re-branded as Harman Kardon.

Interestingly, those JBL's are listed as $249.95 retail!

They are good quality, the real thing. "Not loud enough"? Heh!? What does someone with bad hearing want, even worse hearing? How can headphones not be "loud enough" anyway? How does that work? Turn the volume UP and the headphones receive; so do your ears. The bass is plenty good enough, imho. Are there better headphones, of course there are. Will audiophiles turn their noses up at these JBL/HK headphones? Very likely, as some already have. But I like mine. And I treat them with kid gloves. I won't break them. But at some point they will cease functioning: hopefully not for many years.

Kia hasn't been sending out headphones to anyone with MY19s sold in 2019. They already sent more headphones than the 15K rumored to be the cap. But the last ones received according to this forum were early in the year. So "no more headphones" appears to be the current situation. Kia could always change that of course.
