Stutter/backfire sound on hard acceleration

Hey recently I have been getting a stutter and a backfire sound from the exhaust that I can feel under the car. The backfire isn't loud but you can feel it when you drive. I have changed all the spark plugs to Denso ones. This stutter only happens when I do a pull or mash the gas to accelerate. On map1 the stutter and backfire is even worse. I went to the dealer and they said I don't have a misfire but they did say the spark plugs look bad at the top and I changed after I have still been having the same issues. I have no check engine light or codes on the car currently and can press the gas but not too much to hit over 110 mph. Only mods I have is the JB4, catch can, intakes, and muffler delete. should I change the coil packs next and see if that fix the issue?

Definitely check the coil packs and replace as needed. If you had stutter after replacing the plugs you probably have one or more bad coil packs and they destroy plugs.
