Hello everyone,

i just bought my first 2018 kia stinger premium and i noticed something.
to get home i have a small sidewalk to climb to get access to my driveway.

so when the wheels are full turned and i pass the little curb i hear a click.

since it's a rear-wheel drive, it can't be the universal joints.
so i'm wondering what part could be used to make this clacking sound every time i go up this sidewalk with the wheels turned.
it happend always when i turned my wheels on the right never heard when turning my wheels on the left

if anyone has any ideas, or if this has already happened to you, i'd love to hear from you.

I don't know what it is. But my MY18 GT1 has often, not always, made a single *clunk* noise when backing out of the driveway, over the gutter with the wheels turned left. It hasn't got louder or constant and I never hear any suspension sounds while driving so I don't get concerned over it.

I've been in the US for a while now, but I've noticed that you tend to turn left all the time to get home or into a parking lot etc., so I'm thinking that maybe a stabilizer bar or a connecting rod might be tired.

I'd also be interested in advice if there's anything I should watch out for, if there are any recurring problems with the stinger?

This "clunk" sound that I hear has been with the car since new, so, it isn't a tired part.

No recurring problems/issues. But of course with aging comes "things". Mostly cosmetic, and in my case entirely cosmetic so far at c. 66K miles and six years. I am noticing the occasional cabin noise. Nothing, so far, that is constant or repetitive, just random *pop* or *tick*. And these seem to come from the headliner on the passenger-rear side, or the B-C pillar passenger side area. What else can a car expect as it gets older except a few creaky joints?

I can just hear my rear suspensions squeaking, but given the state of American roads, I can understand why, so don't worry about it.

I especially wanted to know if there were any problems with the turbo or engine problems to watch out for etc...

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
I was hearing front suspension creaking. It was the aftermarket sway bar. Greased up it went silent. Otherwise I haven't noticed "squeaking" suspension. Both drivetrains have performed flawlessly, I have a '19 Premium with c. 30K miles as well.

ok perfect, yeah i think i just need to put some grease to turn off the problem
