Stock rim redesigns via blacking-out.

what do you guys think about all gloss black but leaving the lip polished?
I like that look but would not want that on the oem wheel there’s no lip really on the oem.

call it a pencil lip lol it is very thin, but it would be noticeable against an all black wheel/tire.

I think its stock or black , mixing makes the wheel look too busy imho , of course try it with PD and see , great way to check ideas out before committing

I have a few quotes back now on getting the stock 19s Powder Coated , quotes were all $60 per wheel for PC and $65 / hr for sand blasting . They estimate 1 hr per wheel for SB ( which I think is really high , I think you could do all 4 in 1 hr ?) any way add in the re and re on the tires etc ,so I would budget about $750 ................I'm sure it would be cheaper in the States ...........

I am going to powder coat mine in gloss black. I got a quote of $375 to prep and coat the wheels, but I have to deliver the rims without tires and then put the tires back on. It takes around 5 days to prep and coat so would also have to store the car for that period. Found a place that will do the job turn key for $750. I will go that route. Drop the car off and pick it up 5 days later. I live in Atlanta.

hopefully the shop is secure and they dont damage your car . More damage occurs to cars in the shop than on the street in my experience , keep us poted !! Sounds good !!
