7 years is a pretty standard lifecycle before a new generation or ....................?? .I think its almost a surety the Stinger will morph into an E sports variant , model name would be a coin toss I think

Kia E badge explained, debuts on Korean Stinger

The mysterious Kia 'E' badge that surfaced in European patent documents has debuted on the new Stinger sedan at the Seoul motor show this week, while the company's Korean website gives a loose explanation on what the new symbol actually means.

It's stupid they felt the need to rush out the E badge, it's obviously intended for future electrification models and being shoehorned into the Stinger, for whatever reasons. But this is why I said it, in their own words the new emblem "symbolizes maximized performance driving with the engine arrangement of rear-wheel drive". "Engineered by Excellence"

So true, IMO sedans will be extinct within ten years, it will be all about sports SUV’s & performance EV’s by then.

KIAs plan of 11 EVs by 2025 - a bit too optimistic?
Unless they make all current vehicles in its lineup EV, I think the Stinger or lookalike will be released close to last.

I don't think they will do an a EV stinger, the name should be retired and we will own a modern classic. For an EV sport future from their stables I'll be looking closely for a Genesis G70e and Hyundai Ioniq 6 (Prophecy) ... but what I really want is this thing!!;

I am so very impressed with how far the KDM brands have come in the last few years!
