So the Stinger has been out in Oz now for over a year, and we’re back to another stinking hot summer.

Just wondering if any of our Aussie members have found anyone selling a decent sunshade to fit the front window of the Stinger? Ebay search throws up a couple of results but when you look at the pics they’re not Stingers. I’ve done a basic search of a few websites for Repco, SuperCheap & Auto One and not really found anything for the Stinger, Kia don’t have one as an accessory.

Interested to hear what other forum members are using. Burning hot leather seats/steering wheel aren’t pleasant. I had a sunshade to protect the leather in my Commodore but it’s falling apart so don’t want to put it in my Stinger.

Yes, definitely need a sun shade because it's not a decent Aussie summer if you don't get near second degree burns on the back of your thighs as you settle in your car seats, get branded by the metal in the seat belt buckle and " ohh/aww " whilst trying to not burn your fingers/hands on steering wheel.

Agree on the freight side of things, but we also have to consider the actual buying price of stuff, most things on offer overseas can be upwards of 40% to 50% cheaper than OZ even with exchange rates factored in.
