Probably too long of a story to explain here but I would say growing up was the main factor. Ive always been a bang for the buck mod car kind of guy, had a Cobalt SS supercharged (stage 3+), 2010 mitsu lancer evo GSR (fp green turbo swap) 2016 WRX (all bolt ons and pro cobb tune) then my Stinger GT1 with pretty much every mod but turbo swap and I just started to realize how expensive my car addiction is lol. I opened a business (Gym) and having a reliable car is more important now. I hope some day to be that guy that gets likes a vette and a daily but right now its not in the cards . I get 33mpg in the civic have a JB4 on it probably as fast as an SI and its zippy at 2700lbs. have the sport touring so every feature and great sound with wireless car play and just learning to cruise and not chase every dodge viper or mustang GT i see lol. IM 41 btw so im sure age has a little to do with it :D

i miss the speed even in stock form the stinger makes my heart skip a beat. I talk my self out of buying a motor cycle almost every other day :D

Wow okay yeah I understand completely. I’m 36 and my Stinger is my dreamcar. I was curious on your story. I love the car so much I’m just interested in everyone’s person journey with them. Thanks for your response.

It says carlin on it, theres a pic of it on front page of listing. I have a 2024 honda civic w/ wireless carplay and 2024 and kia sportage and I will say the adapter for the stinger was faster than the built in wireless car play on both of them. Loved it. Craziest part is the range like if i get out of the kia sportage and step 3 feet from the suv my apple car play will break up and eventually disconnect (unless you walk 9:00 from the front for some reason you can go like 15 feet in that direction lol. I remember the stinger would stay connected much further, probably beause its external but yea it was a great box.
