It appears to be Stinger-specific, but perhaps they are customizing the info by model? Haven't actually read it yet. You know, that whole "work" thing...

I got the mailer too. Nice to have a concierge service for the Stinger. Not expected but much appreciated.

Every KIA (at least in the USA) has 3yrs roadside assistance. There should be a sticker on one (or more) windows, as well as a card in the manual pouch.

You call and they send an appropriate service - when my 2011 wouldn't start due to the faulty brake switch, it needed a flat-bed to get it to the dealer.
