Stinger Memory Seats/Side bolsters not always responding

I have been having issues with the memory seat function specifically with the side bolsters. The side bolsters intermittently respond once I turn on the car. They always respond (go back to default setting) when the car turns off and seat moves backward. But when I turn the car on, there are times it does go back to my saved setting, but more often it does not. There is no rhyme or reason when they do or don’t repsond and Kia dealership could not figure it out either. They reset the system and it still did not fix the problem. Anyone else having the same problem?

Known thing. Mine does it all the time. Threads on it. No fix.

Thanks! Well I guess will just keep fighting for them to figure it out, they will need to fix it. Very annoying that it does not work like it should. Will keep you posted if I get anywhere with this

Same here. They open on turn off but do not always close on start

I’ve noticed my steering wheel will not always move up the same way. Sometimes it goes in just a hair also?

Maybe you need to try to reset and reprogram? if still doesn't work take it to the dealer. Mine works solid.
