Stinger Forum Rear Side Window Decals

Would anyone be interested in something like this for their rear side windows? Any ideas on how to improve the appearance? What would be a fair purchase price? The background would be transparent - not white...

It’s a good idea, but I don’t care for the “outline design” as it does not say much and could be from any car.

How about using the Stinger “typeface” from the badge for “Stingerforum.org” and combine it with the “E” , or anything else that is more “Stinger specific”.

Print on vinyl, no need for glue, design it for side windows, the rear is probably too slanted to be read by anyone.

Pricing is a hard one, depending on production cost, # of members, % of members that would buy. $5.00?

Okay, so I scrapped the first design and came up with this one. Thoughts? So far it looks like I can get them printed for about $7.00 each so I was thinking of selling them for $10.00 each. Too much?

Banner Buzz, huh? I'm going to give them a try right now and see if I can import my design. Their price is great! As for the STINGER text, I don't think I can use it without approval from Kia. Thank you for the link.

Also, I think ALL WHITE might make more sense for a car window considering they've all got somewhat of a tint - and many people will further tint their windows... Any thoughts on that?

I am thinking transparent and just the print shown. Depending on the price, like $2.50 per, why not run some samples (i.e. white, light gray, yellow, blue, red, black, silver or reflective - who knows what inks are available?) and then test on yor tinted car. Maybe someone wants to coordinate the car colors with the decal?

Should be nice, not your dad's bumper sticker.....

And in regards to your point using typefaces and obtain permission: 3 banners of forum I am familiar with: look at the last one...

The white would be the only part that comes off and transfers to the window. So it would be clear/transparent everywhere but where there's a graphic. As for the text, you can use it as long as you're not selling it. I was intending on selling decals to help fund the community as we don't display advertisements. So, I won't be able to sell them without paying Kia an expensive merchandising fee to use their font/logo...

OK, I get it. Soooo, make it close, don't copy. The banners above are close, not copies...Capitalize the S, that sort of thing. Stinger.org isn't s t i n g e r .

I'm thinking the vinyl decal will be 6 or 7 inches wide. Does that sound about right? And any WHITE will be transparent. Correct?

Do you want the grey/dark areas to stay as is? Or should they be red as well?
