I'm curious about what you all are doing to cover your Stinger from the elements. Looking for a custom fitting cover, anyone have a good suggestion?

Ceramic coating.

Everything else blows or rinses off.

$50 and a few hours to apply.

Looking for one too. Drive other car during the week and when friday comes I do not want to wash/dry car before I take it out. Tried the autocraft ac64 from advance auto. Was told it would fit with extra room. It does not. Can cover either the front bumper or rear.

Here’s a genuine one available in here in OZ, but diabolically expensive.

Must be that BIG RED KIA Badge on it... if only we could "re-badge" it... OOPPS I might have opened a can of worms with that comment? LOL

Heres another one from California.

I bought my cover from carcover.com It fits the car perfectly and has zero issues. No scratching the paint - no lifting in light to moderate wind. This is my 2nd one from this group and I believe it’s fairly priced. There is a pic of the fit on my profile page if you care to check it out. I purchased the heavier cover and paid $139. The cover is used every day and shows little sign of wear. Just know if you wash your cover - you’ll need a LARGE capacity machine and DO NOT dry with heat.... Keep ‘em clean my friends. db

Is it waterproof but allows water vapor to exit? I bought a cheap one to see if I like it before I invest in a good quality one.

It is waterproof -don’t know about the breathability. My car seldom is out in rain. I live in the desert and this is the perfect protection from UV damage - heat - and sandblasting! My cover did get drenched once... and it kept the car dry. BUT the cover was dirty enough I decided to wash and dry it. If you purchase one and do clean it - do NOT use heat to dry - mine did shrink (still fit the car - but too tight for my liking). The gold shield is perfect for outdoor protection, but is a bit heavier and bulky - which helps keep it on in light wind. Read up on it if you wish one www.carcover.com . Maybe they’ll have a Father’s Day sell and reduce the price a little. db

An update on the cover I bought. I had to buy one size larger so it would wrap under the front and back. After 2 weeks under the cover it looked as clean and spotless as the day I covered it, no tree leaves, sap, pollen, water spots or general grime on the car. It was great after two weeks driving the company car to uncover the stinger on a friday night and take it out for a drive. Going to find a better quality one now.

CoverCraft WeatherShield HP or NOAH. I have had both for several cars and they are both excellent. And they are available for whatever car and trim you have.

For the Stinger, if you have a 2020 just put in your year model as 2019 to show all the options on their website.

I had a California Pop Top for my Corvette. It is not a full cover, just a cockpit cover - perfect for when you are going to be parked for a few hours but not overnight. It kept the heat out of the car during the summer and I used it while I played golf. I need to check to see if they have one for our stinger. I have had full covers in the past and found them to be too much of a hassle, but I am able to keep our two cars in the garage when at home and since we are retired our cars seldom sit out for any length of time.

If you want something to keep the heat out check out the weathertech sun shades they do complete kits

Interesting option, especially since the CA Pop Top is not listing one for the Stinger. If they had one, I think it would be cheaper and easier to put up over the weather tech complete car protection system, but the weather tech looks nice. I did notice a CA Pop Top listed for our MB SL for only $89. I may want to buy one at this price.

I went from a house with no garage to a 2 car garage with workshop in the back and I can't pull the cars in. With all the lawn care equipment taking 1 bay I now need a shed. A very big shed, with power, heat, ac, insulated walls, a fridge....wait. make that a 2 bay shed so I have one side for projects with a beverage and chair...

I may be the only one in my neighborhood that actually has two cars in their two car garage. The majority can not get any cars in theirs.

Billy,
If you can help me install a JB4 and plugs, I will even upgrade it to running water with facilities instead of 1 empty bucket and one 5 gallon bucket of water. Also once all the yard equipment is in half the shed, you have a garage to pull your stinger into. The Hive needs to stick together and grow. One of us...one of us....One of us...
