steering wheel?

As an owner of cf steering wheel, i can tell you, it is not any more slippery than stock, unless lube is involved :)
When you are doing high performance driving, it’s common for your hands to sweat. This is why you don’t see CF steering wheels from the factory IME and why alcantera or suede are frequently chosen. I wouldn’t want to be gripping slippery when wet CF.

Makes sence. I guess, it is a good thing, i dont track mine. Just relaxed and dry driving

just remove it. ill see what I would do with the sensor but still need to remove things just to get a visual idea of what exactly ill do
The sensors for air bag deployment are throughout the car. The primary sensor (accelerometer) for the steering wheel air bag is in the front end.

The air bag itself is behind the steering wheel center cover. If you are going to remove it be very careful as it can go off even after the car is turned off. My understanding is that there are capacitors that must discharge and this can take 20 minutes or more once the battery is disconnected.

I once saw one go off (on purpose) and you would be amazed at the force behind this explosion.

I definitely appreciate the info!! could have very well saved me from getting obliterated by the front airbag lol.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
Does anyone know of a hub I could use? I'm not sure how many teeth the steering column shaft has. or what will fit it exactly

You want that cab cage, don’t you? :sneaky:

I do! Mostly to get chicks (CDI factor).
I don't care about getting chicks with my car cuzz the chicks menz get with their carz are not the good kind! :p

lmfao! ;)

But yeah that cage looks really killer! I like it a lot! :D

You should really go educate Ferrari, Bugatti, Porsche and Lamborghini among others. Guess you never heard of racing gloves?
The difference appears to be the size of the leather on the Ferrari's, it's way taller/extends further and the CF portion is much smaller...most likely for the exact reason I stated.
