Station Wagons are on the move , next big trend ??

idk about "richer" americans, but I've always loved a good looking station wagon with some ooomph...lol

Yuck

We never get the bigger Euro wagons here , My neighbour has an older 5 series wagon and it is super practical and drives brilliantly , that Optima wagon looks sharp too

Haha. Hate to break it to ya but a sportback isn't too far off appearance wise from a wagon.

Love this trend BTW. Give me some Audi RS6 Avant please!

Certainly entitled to your opinion, but I hate to break it to you, they look waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay different. Stinger looks nothing like a wagon. Neither does an S5 or RS5, and so on.

Just take that RS6 and chop a few inches off the slope of the rear roofline. What’s left? A sport back!

I’ve parked my Stinger next to my A4 avant and it’s actually surprising how similar the lines are between a wagon and a sport back.

ok.

A question completely off topic: Have you seen an eye doctor lately?

If I were a “douche-ee” man bun type of guy I might like one of these. ...ummm maybe not.

well you got the first part right ........................

I like it but, I've always had a thing for Wagons, then Sport wagons once I found out about the RS6, the grocery-getter that could smoke a lot of other sports cars. Stealth! I love the look of that Proceed GT and feel KIA should have made the SportsSpace.

My wife likes wagons, hence the V60 Volvo! Had an A3 TDi Audi wagon before that.

Did the US ever get the RS6 Avant?

I was never a fan of those big old people movers back in their heyday, but I must admit this minty 427 Safari Wagon caught my eye at a recent local car show. Ancestor of the SUV ... :p

It's a big ass car, and good luck with finding a parking space - but really nice lines.

I had 3 subaru legacy / outback wagons. All with manual trans. They were great all-around cars. The XT even had a turbo-4. But then Subaru got boring with their VCT's

Had a 2005 Legacy wagon, 5 speed, no turbo but it was fun to drive and the only mod I did was add the standard GT wheels to it when made it nicer to drive and corner. I wanted to go with the Volvo V60 but the wife wanted the V60 CC, we compromised and went with a S60 T5 R-Design as we got a great deal on it. Now the Stinger is a good compromise for me.
