i think they're aiming high with image but want youthful buyers. i don't think this is the kind of car you want to advertise with hampsters.

For me, it doesn't matter to me who promotes the car. The car sells itself to me, not the characters on the commercial. Though I have to admit, it may or may not catch my eye. When the hamsters came out for the Soul, I thought that was great advertising, but it didn't make me want to buy the car.

Idk, I feel like the appropriate mascot for the Stinger should be a wasp or hornet or scorpion...you know, something with a stinger. (jk...kind of)

That would be neat! ....WOW! I just did some searches... AMC Hornet <bzzzt>, Hudson Wasp <bzzzt>, Ronn Motors Company Scorpion <bzzzt> although they are only supposed to produce 200 or so, Chevy Corvette Stingray <bzzzt>. I kinda like the idea of the scorpion personally. I despise wasps and hornets. I will go out of my way to spray those SOBs down with wasp spray. I've been known to empty a whole can on them bastards. Hehehe.

Now that I think about it, the car is already named the Stinger so I'm sure they've taken care of all the legalities there. What we're talking about is an image or a logo. As long as anything KIA and the fan base doesn't infringe on current logos and it's not similar to other trademarks, I don't see why KIA doesn't come up with a logo for it. hehe
