SSR mid pipes & magnaflow - good combo?

I've never heard any complaints about the magnaflow. Most others have complaints. I have Ark and it was too loud. Changed the mufflers.

Give it a little time to settle: it gets a little louder since there's still glasspacking around the stainless steel wool in the cores. As moisture eventually soaks the glasspacking, it will settle and you'll get a little more "roar" out of it at WOT.

Just added custom mid pipes to my Magnaflow cat back today, and I am very pleased with the outcome. I went Magnaflow because it wasn’t overly loud like the others, but almost found it too tame unless you punched it and higher pitched than I would like.

The addition of the catless midpipe has solved all of that. It’s a bit louder at idle and throughout the RPM range, and definitely provides a deeper throater, both of which are still not overwhelming. This is a setup you can’t go wrong with. Unless you want people to constantly look at you, then go Borla.

I had the SSR mids and Thermal catbacks. Thermal's are pretty minimal tone wise on their own from what I've gathered. I've sound proofed my trunk and back seats. Get a fair amount of drone. It's worse some days and hardly noticeable other...it's kinda weird. You don't noticed it if you have your music a medium-ish level. Sounds really nice outside though. When you open it up it's realllll nice, and not obnoxious.

Can I ask what you used for sound proofing and where did you install it?
