There is a vendor that prepaints them (gloss black or body color)... $250 is shipped if I recall.

So the vendor is Import Shark.

There is some discussions on this forum about this vendor.

So far, my experience has been great. They have been responsive to emails pre purchase and on subsequent dialogs.

I’ll let you know when the spoiler arrives how it came out.

There's good pics of the S and G type on ebay.(or there used to be, at least)

I ordered one and was shipped the other by mistake. I liked it enough that I decided to keep it. Unfortunately I don't remember which is which.

Whichever version I have here's an idea of what it looks like painted gloss black. No close ups unfortunately.

That looks like you have the G Type, I have the S Type as below.

Ok. I found that old thread... and just spent 2 hours reading through most of the 10 pages.... wow, just wow. So tempted to order from him for the ease and convenience of having it prepainted, but so scared after reading through the thread.

You can buy the Stingerhaus trunk spoiler painted in gloss black as well. I think it’s like $440. Likely the route I go.

Received the product from ImportShark.

Well packaged / protected (3 layers of bubble and one foam layer in painted surfaces).

Looks fantastic. Color is almost perfect (car was on a dealer lot for 6 months exposed and Metallics are hard to match normally). After I wait for paint to cure, I’ll polish/seal/wax it. I’m sure that will help it match a bit better.

I’ll be the only one to notice any difference.

Overall experience was spot on.

Prepurchase comm responsiveness was great.

Estimated delivery was within the window they had on their site (30 days).

Very happy despite initial reservations.

$250 painted / shipped m&s type S.

I’ll have additional pics in a day or two mounted.

Check Maxton Designs they have a spoiler similar to the Spreek/Keen design and they have the option for a non-carbon one.

A company near me should put out new ones also. They used my car for samples. I got the one in the last picture going to take it to paint gloss black.

Oh yes that’s spoiler king right? I was going to get the sponsorship but I was too late. I had the same spoiler in my Acura ILX. They are really nice. Once they have them out , I’ll be the first to buy!
