Quick question from a newbie to mods… picked up my new Kia stinger tribute 3.3l RWD. I have ordered the usual jb4/ intakes/mbrp cat back.

With regards to suspension I have ordered the Eibach pro kit. Where is live residential streets have speed humps/breakers.

Does having the springs or springs and spacer(20mm) combo give you any problem clearing speed humps?

Any rubbing/catching/knocking in the wheel arch. I’m ordering from overseas so bit of a ball ache to return or sell on.

Thanks in advance

it doesn't matter how many responses of 'yes' or 'no' you get, you will angle over humps and bumps after you lower. you know you will. I've seen stock stingers being angled over humps by drivers who have learned by sad experience on other cars.

I haven’t found a speed hump big enough to scrape yet. Just a few steep driveways onto steeply crowned roads.

No speed hump issues been lowered 4 years.

This^

Whether the car came stock with low ground clearance or it has been lowered, after a while, you just get used to having to deal with it. It is really just a way of life. And it's more than just speed bumps. You learn preferably to back up to a curb, instead of face forward into it. You angle when going up or down a steep driveway. You maintain a good following distance from traffic ahead, so you can see large road debris with enough time to react/avoid hitting it.

If you don't, chances of you having an "issue" with a lowered car is greatly increased. It is not something that can be settled by crowd consensus.
