Well I bit the bullet today and decided to put it on finally.
Started to clean it up , taking off the remaining adhesive. I kept it flat on the bench whilst slowly scraping off the gunk with the blunt edge of a Stanley knife. It was going well right up to the last little bit and..
IT BROKE IN HALF!!!!
Now I’m pissed.
I think it was because it had a small curve in it from being on his car and the tension, which I thought was ok, from holding it down weakened it.
I’m going off to cry now.....

Mine snapped after I took it off, was just holding it in my hand and tried to remove some of the glue and suddenly had 2 pieces. Otherwise you could’ve had it for free
