This is my second time receiving this email and couldn't verify the addreds anywhere. Was curious if anyone else has gotten it?

It it is legitimate, I'd love to fill it out. Otherwise I'd rather not be clicking around things I'm wary of.

You maybe special?:D

Looks legit.

Legit, just filled the survey, will help them bring a even better 2nd Gen Stinger.

Just did mine today. I also had 2 from JD Power. Put the tin foil cap away and do the survey. Not everything is out to get you:laugh:

Normally I'm not too paranoid but gmail flagged it and I generally take their word in these cases.

I got one of these as well and filled it out in hopes they would get a lot of pissed off owners and get their shit together.

I've filled out a couple of online surveys (and one hardcopy one), all last year. Memory fades. But I think they just got dumped in cyberspace.

What would that be, exactly? Or are you conflating service/dealership experience with the car itself?

Bi-modal exhaust would be nice (in u.s.)

And structurally/mechanically the car seems to be great, however the 2019 batch seems to have a lot of issues cosmetically. Paint/panels/etc.

I'm sure that if a lot of Stinger owners reported back via survey, that Kia would not receive "a lot" of cosmetic complaints. That doesn't comfort anyone who has a complaint, though.

I don't have any paint issues, or issues at all for that matter thank God. But bi-modal exhaust would've been AMAZING!

I received and filled out one of these, as well.

Hoping they can put an extra coat of paint on the next YM b/c the current is like tissue paper.

The survey asked both questions about the car which I put all my issues but they also asked about the dealership and buying experience which I expressed my displeasure with.

1. Lokey Kia (purchased here) - Delivered car with 50PSI tires, didn't correct at first oil change, the staff doesn't know what oil or brand is used in car
2. Friendly Kia (showed them deal from Lokey) - Sales Manager accused me of lying to my face about the deal from Lokey and making it up. Held me hostage after taking trade into eval wouldn't give it back so I could walk out. When texting dealership the person your text doesn't even work there.
3. Fasulo Kia - This place is run like a 3 ring circus they are more interested in giving away cruises and ripping up contract and basketball free throws to win you car then selling cars at a fair price.
4. Courtesy Kia - This is where Lokey got my car. All Courtesy Dealerships have the rep of being ripoff/scam artists. Adds overinflated "Dealer perks" to the car. Takes deposits on cars they don't have and use VIN numbers of the wrong cars to keep your deposit and hold you, hostage, while they spend weeks trying to get you what you want and only threatening legal action finally got them to refund the deposit.

These are my local dealerships and what I get to deal with. Now I have headlight rub and paint flaking off under my headlights and Kia VIP wants me to take it to one of the dealers and I told them they were nuts because they all suck.

My survey didn't populate any questions about my dealership experience. Kind of wish it had, since I've visited practically every dealership in the north metro Atlanta area. Sorry to hear that your local reps aren't the best to work with.

I was wondering - I've got the headlight rub issue, also noted in survey response - how was the process to get Kia to offer you paint repair or are they just looking to inspect/approve the issue? Might look into it further, if it's not a huge hassle.

I ALSO received the car with 52psi a tire... And I didn't notice til the front driver's tire blew out.

Sorry for your loss. If only there was some sort of warning... TPMS sensors be damned! :D

 Surely that did not directly result from 52 psi. The only way over inflation to the degree we get the tires from the dealer could result in a blowout is once the tread is worn down in the middle to the belts (or running over something sharp with worn down centers).

It certainly wasnt entirely their fault - however michelin was entirely understanding and a brand new tire to replace it was like 25 bucks.

So Michelin acknowledged a fault, it seems. Was the "blowout" in the tread or sidewall?
