Mary just brought home the sorento lx,2018 We own outright a 2017 forte. My stinger of course and her suv just set us back damn near 40 grand......well if ya ever needed a reason to work, we have 2 now!!,lol Can't wait til the dust settles and we get the insurance premiums and tax bills.......aiming on getting them titles from the bank!

Have a 2017 Optima Hybrid to keep the Stinger company, it's my 3rd KIA hybrid. Been waiting for a performance hybrid with a bit more power and the 2017 is nice on that front but the Stinger takes it to a whole other level!

Mary was always big on the warranty, I had the 2006.5 optima v-6....yes there was a half year kia. back in 2008. Kept that til it was paid off , then it was the truck (for the next 9 years) 2006 mustang replaced the optima, that was the gt version, soon as learned about the spark plugs and the worst paint job on the planet, I dropped the 'stang like 2nd period french!.....found some easy money so I litterally blew it on a caddy 98 sts....next time ya see a northstart engine run!! Don't walk away,lol........But 9 years is a long time without a second caror bike, so I won a bmw k-100 barn find on e-bay....had that for 6 years sold it for a profit and now I have the 2008 street glide Harley.....Yeah, I'm kinda done, no need for a truck, weather gets that bad I'll stay home.

It was while shopping for them I saw a limited edition yellow gt2 on the sales floor. I resisted at first but caved 3 months later. My salesman for the 1st 2 sales ended up buying the sunset yellow Stinger on the sales floor.

Hi chroma red. It’s not too late to change your colour......
Hahaha, at my dealer today they had every colour but hi chroma red. They had a Silky Silver with red interior, first on I’ve seen in SIlky Silver & it looked really good.

Sorry I’m now off topic.

Got the 2018 Stinger GT2, 2016 Sorento SXL and 2017 Forte LX. Those 3 vehicles sit with our other 3...and I still want more cars.

The Stinger is my third Kia. Traded a 2017 Optima SXL for it. My first Kia was a 2012 Optima EX that I bought 6 years ago.

I'm thinking about buying a 2019 Forte.l but I've only been able to see two locally--neither in the trim I want.

Never ever thought I would own a KIA, so this is my first. Might not be my last.

They are just starting to arrive, give them a few more months.

Oh I know. The two I saw weren't even at the dealer yet, technically.

I saw them listed at the dealership on Autotrader but when I went to check them out they were no where in site. When I left I pulled into a parking lot a half mile down the street from the dealership to turn around and I noticed there were tons of Kias everywhere. I realized I'd inadvertently pulled into their overflow lot. Both of the Fortes where there, one with the doors unlocked so we actually got to check out the interior. They're pretty nice, and in base trim come with stuff my car doesn't even have.

Interestingly the cars looked like they were ready to be sold. They seemed to have already gone through the dealership's process to get them ready. It's strange that they couldn't find room for at least one of them on the lot. Maybe they're waiting for the red EX from all the ads.

The wife has a 2017 Sedona, and that's all we need. The practicality of that car makes up for the impracticality of mine, haha.

I mean, don't get me wrong, it's not 2 door supercar levels of impracticality. We could make it work. I did a day trip with all 4 of us not too long ago. But it's not enough for a 4 day weekend with small kids. 2 adults, 2 kids, 2 carseats, 2 suitcases, 2 air mattresses, snacks for the trip, a rocker, pack n play, stroller, 3 sets of bedding, plus whatever we buy while traveling (This last trip, we came home with a bouncy house, party supplies, a box of presents for my younger daughter's 1st bday, and a computer, lol).
