Hi all, new to the forum. Just got a ‘23 stinger gt line awd (had a k5 before) and loving it. For now just wanna do a drop in intake and possibly exhaust? Hard to find anything for now specifically for the 2.5
Welcome aboard! And thank you for signing up. Congratulations on your new Stinger! How do you like it compared to the K5? I'm glad you found us...Hi all, new to the forum. I had fun with it tbh. Never gave me issues and the 2.0 was very peppy. Just hated that it was fwd. not recommended when here in utah lol. I do miss the amber drl’s every now and then. Those are a looker!I was going to ask that about the comparison between the 2.5l stinger and k5, so that's two of us. seems like a short relationship with a k5.
Loving every second! The K5 was good to me but an upgrade is always welcome especially knowing there wont be stingers next year. Not sold on EVs for now but the ev6 looks nice when i see em.Welcome aboard! And thank you for signing up. Congratulations on your new Stinger! How do you like it compared to the K5? Having the GT as FWD while lower powered trims have AWD is a head scratcher to me. A turbo 2.0/2.5 with AWD and DCT or manual would make for a fun competitor to other sport(y) compacts.I had fun with it tbh. Never gave me issues and the 2.0 was very peppy. Def agree on this statement. Not sure what kia is doing sometimes but must have something to do with the push to EVs.Having the GT as FWD while lower powered trims have AWD is a head scratcher to me. I'm glad to hear it. And I know what you mean about EVs. I wish more research and development went into hybrids as we're getting about 50 miles per gallon out of full size cars as it is. I bet that could have gone to 100 miles per gallon over time...Loving every second! The K5 was good to me but an upgrade is always welcome especially knowing there wont be stingers next year. The timing explains it: the k5 as a 2.5l or even 2.0l as an awd would steal sales from the stinger. I half expect the k5 to pick up a 2.5l awd trim now that the stinger is cancelled.Having the GT as FWD while lower powered trims have AWD is a head scratcher to me.
