My Stinger with 5K miles started having siren sound a few seconds after starting the engine. Everything is working normal and sound lasts for 10 sec.
No warnings noted on the digital screen.
Brought to dealer for maintenance (oil/filter) and everything checked out OK.
No issues noted. Dealer has no idea where it is coming from.
Has anybody have this problem before and what is causing it?
Appreciate any input.
Thanks in advance!

that's weird, mechanical or thru the speakers? i really have no idea either way my only guess and it's almost certainly 100% wrong is the welcome chime audio file got corrupted and is now some sort of siren. again i just pulled that out of my ass because i have zero clue.

You could put a flashing red light on top and attach a garden hose to the car then flog it as a firetruck! Lol
Sounds like a sound file is corrupted.:)

Appreciate your input bros.
I will take it back to the dealer tomorrow and have it rechecked.
Will update.
Have great day!

unless.......the mrs is trying to keep you from driving the stinger......

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
I had that happen with an aftermarket auto anti theft system that was wired wrong. It got corrected and never happened again. Perhaps it’s with some sort of anti theft system that comes on the car from factory that is going haywire.
