Ok boys and girls. Papers signed today [but had no way to get it home - long story]. Picking it up tomorrow. As title says, leased the GT LIne AWD in Ceramic Silver w/red interior. Local sales guy I spoke with ... LAST FALL ... remembered me and texted me to see if i was still interested, and that his dealership;s management had seven [7!] Stingers in stock they wanted to try and move by eom. I don't know if it's kosher to say how much cash incentive, between KMF and the dealership, was thrown into the deal, but it was a no brainer/definitely worth the drive down to the dealer [30 miles out of my way] to cut a deal. Past GTI owner [2017]. The Stinger does not replace anything in the household but becomes the third car in our little fleet. Looking forward to scanning the forum for the experiences, trials, triumphs, disappointments, and thrills of other Stinger owners.

Welcome aboard! And thank you for signing up. Congratulations on your brand new Stinger! What else is in your current fleet? I’m glad you found us. :)

Sure, we'd love to hear what kind of deal you got. To compares apples/apples, please specify what specific options you had, and pre ttl price. How much below msrp?

I knew that Kia was putting up $3000 rebate towards lease or finance ... local dealership kicked in extra $2000 to the end of the month, which got me to make the move ... so I leased a $43330 MSRP vehicle at $38330. Options were the Ceramic Silver paint, red leather interior, Sun and Sound package, and carpeted mats. Residual is 57% with money factor of .00227 [about 5.4% apr, which is kind of high, but the norm these days]. These are the numbers I've been getting from Edmunds and LeaseHkr too. I offered to do a single pay lease to reduce some of the finance charge, but KMF doesn't do them.

I was keeping my eye out for that color combination -- there are Ceramic Silver cars around but typically with the black interior. Of the seven the dealer had in stock, 6 were GT Lines and one GT2 with the V6. I didn't want to wait to see if prices got any better, as I knew availability was likely NOT going to get better if the car is to be discontinued [which Kia won't 100% confirm]. But if they do, 2023's will probably stop being manufactured soon, like April or May.

Don't read the rest of this if you're OCD. :)

Note the direction of the K spokes on the wheels. Driver side shows 'em going toward the rear, pass side toward the front.

Personally, it bothers me a little, but I really don't care so long as the wheel is round and in balance.

Hiya Staff Member ... I would like to post to the classified area but I'm not 'authorized to post threads'. So what do I need to do? I have my OEM tires I'd like to sell as I've already updated after 180 miles/less than a week of ownership.

Upgraded the OEM tires on my 2023 GT-Line from the Bridgestone Potenzas to Goodyear Exhilarates [a Ultra High Performance All Season, says Tire Rack]. Have only 180 miles on the OEM tires and would like to sell them here, but not able to post in the 'Classifieds' section ...

No one wants the bridgestone (re97as-02 right?) crap here. Get rid of 'em on craigslist.

The inability to sign up and post classifieds right away is a necessary evil to protect our members from malicious people selling an item or items, accepting a digital transfer of funds, and then just disappearing. I highly dislike having this protection in place, but it is necessary.

There's an algorithm that the software uses to open access to the classifieds area. The more active you are without receiving negative ratings in the community, the faster access is granted...
