Seoul Motor Show (new badge, new colors, more spec)

Just noticed that not all cars have the hood vents .....

The ones without the hood vents are the "non-GT" base models.

BTW, I'm at a loss for the "more spec". Is there something I'm missing in those videos, or on the microsite?

I have just been reading the posts but had to respond at seeing the new colors and the emblem. I hope that emblem is coming here. I think it's an excellent move to make a distinction between this and other Kias. The black/grey may have my name on it! I can't wait to they go on sale.

Just thought the 4.9 sec confirm and the lightweight carbon bits were both a worthy mention. Im sure hoping we'll see a couple more reveals from this debut soon too.

Yes! I agree. That dark grey/black does look great! It's the first time I've seen in. I wonder when we're going to get a definitive list/show of colors.

Well, Ms Rothburg, you can see the 7 colors for the U.S. market at Kia.com. Dark Grey ain't one of them.

I do like the dark blue too, but I'm wondering if that's a new color or just the same blue we've seen in darker lighting.

Unfortunately, Dark Blue is South Korean spec. only. See the 7 colors for U.S. market at Kia.com.

Jeez I haven't been here in awhile. Thanks for pinging me. I've been seeing the news about colors and I must admit it's a bit aggravating. No yellow, no dark blue, no dark gray. Why did they tempt us with these unavailable colors? Really annoying. Heck, just wrap the cars if you need to. Wrap them in the colors available to us. How difficult and expensive would that have been? And it would have prevented a lot of people being pissed off.
