Got in after work this morning to see a check LED headlight message. Sure enough got home the passenger headlight is not on. Only the DRLs were working. Luckily driver side was functioning normally and I was able to see on my way home. Scheduled a service appointment for Monday, I’ll update the thread as things progress. Thought people might be interested in seeing how long it takes to obtain parts for such a new vehicle.

Also, any chance the moderators could create a sub forum for mechanical issues/repairs? Might be a good place to post issues, workarounds, sticky TSBs, etc. as they come out.

Ouch! Sorry to hear.. Hope they can take care of it quickly.

Have a look at the wiring to see if any of the cables/couplers are loose or disconnected.

Your headlamp has a leak and water has got it and blown the led or board. Use to happen on my Optima.

Wow! This sure is taking a looong time to resolve. ;)

It was just a loose wire as predicted above:

I’ve had no issues in my car with the dynamic bending and I’ve had some really cold 3am starts in below 0 weather. I had a full headlight assembly failure which turned out to be a simple loose wire that got free a couple days into ownership. Dealership figured it must’ve not been fully secured from factory so it could be an easy fix.
