I did DBA rotors with EBC redstuff up front (DBA SP in the back because I couldn't get the redstuff) so far loving it, don't think you can go wrong EBC rotors

I was running DBA rotors on my '16 Genesis Coupe and loved them. They don't have a listing on their main site for this car but do on their DBA Europe site. Can you advise what the P/N's you ordered were? I have DBA43342S (T3) for the Front and DBA43343S (T3) for the Rear. Also, where did you order them from?

As for TDot Performance, I've heard nothing but horror stories about them; especially from guys in the Genesis groups.....

Their listing aren't great for finding part numbers, bought mine from Park Auto motorsports (in KW) they have pretty good prices and easy to deal with

P/N's
Front Rotors 43342S
Rear Rotors 43343S

Awesome. Thanks. Gonna take a look at what they have.

Sweet. Xmas in July lol.

Not sure what route I'm going with the pads though. I used PowerStop Z26 Street Warriors on my Genesis with Brembos. They stopped great but there was alot of Pad 'slap' in the calipers as they fit somewhat loose inside the channels. The EBC pads needed to have the ends ground down to properly fit without binding too much.

Where did you get yours from?
As I live in Sydney I got them from a Brake specialist who orders direct from the manufacturer also here in Sydney.

Edit: Just noticed you were in Sydney so I'm sure you can get those everywhere lol.
Mine is AWD but I'm assuming the rotor dimensions are the same across all models.

Sorry mate cannot 100% say, we did not get AWD in OZ but I would assume they are the same brembo’s, also wouldn’t your Genesis be running the same size brakes as the Stinger.

That's what I was thinking but the P/N's for the rotors are different and so are the pads. I'll do some research before I purple the trigger.

I need new rear pads and just got new stock front discs in December. i am thinking about upgrading to ECB front and rear rotors and this thread has been very helpful.

Is there more brake dust compared to stock? I am assuming any more aggressive compound pad will produce more dust but I am a novice.

Thanks for any help!

It’s a performance car with performance brakes, pad dust comes with the territory, that’s why the OE pads are crap because the pad builds up on the rotors causing the shudder.

If you give the wheels a good deep clean, and then either multi year DIY ceramic, or a spray and rinse ceramic like Gyeon wet coat, or Carpro Hydro2 lite they will be much easier to keep clean
