Yes that is exactly what they sent me. Two nylon inserts. They told me their test car had inserts. So originally they thought, because my car is Canadian, it may be different. I guess that's not true lol
Ha, they said the same thing in the email today. That their test car had inserts as well. I think they need to test the 2019s and 2020s. There was no insert in mine and sounds like there are no inserts in any others.

Lol yeah true, they need to update their hardware bag now instead of having to ship twice. They were prompt at responding and sending the necessary hardware though.

Oh yeah, I don't regret buying these. They look great and I'm pretty sure I'm going to like how much coverage they provide. The OEM splash guards i took off are rather small.
Yes, tell them that you need two for the bottom mounting holes for the front splash guards. You could even send then a link to this thread or my posts so they understand that others have had to request the same hardware.
Maybe just the angle I took the picture. I put the hardware in the mounting holes so there isn't much adjusting that can be done. My car has less than 1,000 miles, so if the alignment is off it came from the factory that way.

The last time I emailed them i recommended that they include the red nylon inserts because it seemed like whatever car they test fitted must have been a 1st model year or unique that it had a stock threaded hole.

Just want to add, bought the Rokblokz originals 2 weeks ago and installed last night. Went without a hitch and they included all hardware needed (including the 2 nylon screw clips for the front bottom hole). Great quality and I love the extra coverage they provide over OEM Kia ones.

I replied to toyboy1980 privately but wanted to respond for all; no extra request, they seem to have listened to customer feedback early on and include all hardware needed for install.
Received my Rokblokz originals today, and promptly installed them. Completely painless. I have a little right angle screwdriver, so no taking the tires off or anything. Loving the way they look. I had the Kia ones, which really did nothing functional. These are definitely a massive step up in functionality and appearance. Highly recommended. 10/10
