Pretending to be a citizen (with a stinger), I notice the fire dept. coming up from behind. I pull to the side, stop and wait. He blows by no problem , Here I should of waited....but in this insanity we have in the northeast where everyone has a ''me first'' mentality, I notice a white suv right behind the fire truck...well that takes some balls keeping pace with an emergency fire truck....so in my haste I roll just a bit and then I here the crunch of my pristine gt rim being turned into scrap alloy!! Yup; curb rash.....son of a biscuit....I spent the whole day wishing I stayed home, or took a different route........I swore after I turned my oem rims into embellished buffing it wouldn't happen again....now screw it!! They can go around ,lesson learned....as for the thread title I couldn't print what I really said, not here anyways.

My local Stinger Winger CnCBilly thrashed 3 wheels and just had them repaired to perfect ..............there is hope !

Call the German dealers and ask where they get their wheels repaired , they will know the best guys for machined rims

My local Stinger Winger CnCBilly thrashed 3 wheels and just had them repaired to perfect ..............there is hope !

Hey hey hey.....one was trashed!, The other two just had ugly scraps on them. But yes all three are back to original condition. Thank you Global Warranty.

I had two dealers vying for my business and one offered me a 5 year Global Warranty package which I think was a $1500 option. So I went to them with my rims, a tire puncture and a door ding. The rims were around $500, 100% covered. The puncture was $35 to fix, $30 covered. The door ding is $100, covered $80. It also covers things like lost keys, interior leather damage like if someone had a screwdriver in their pocket and got into your car and poked a hole in your seat. I did have to fight with them a bit but in the end they paid for most of it.
