Resonating Issue?

Hey everyone! I have a 2018 GT2 awd, Lap3 1.5 ECU, stock downpipes and midpipies, and then the Borla Catback. Having a weird noise from the exhaust. I've been having this issue for like 8 months now where above 4K RPM there is high pitch ringing/whistling noise when in heavy boost. I spent the better part of 4 months chasing it down at the dealer and we found out it was the exhaust. Slapped the OEM exhaust back on and the issue was fixed. Thought it was an exhaust leak but I've tried on 2 separate occasions to use Copper RTV on the exhaust slip joints with no luck. This leads me to believe it may just be the way its resonating. Any ideas on how to fix this? Any help/ideas are appreciated!

Is it leaking through the slip joints when sealed with copper RTV?

Is this a issue Borla can help with?

Well I’d hope it’s not still leaking lol I applied the RTV thick on each joint and let the car sit for about 40 hours. This leads me to believe it’s just the way it resonates. I’ll try reaching out to Borla to see if they’ve heard of this before. Thank you!

UPDATE!

I sent a video of the noise and my receipt of the catback to Borla and now they're sending me a completely new system. Hopefully this solves the issue.
Its customer service like this that creates lifelong customers. Just thought I'd share my great experience!
