Removed Eibach Front Sway Bar Due to Noise

Did you ever figure out what the issue was? I just installed the front Eibach sway and am dealing with the constant clunking noise over small bumps in the road.
if they are really greased, then there is something loose. the Eibach bars don't "clunk" when installed properly. check to be sure interfacing parts are also not loose.

Did you properly tighten down the connections to the end links to the right torque? From everything I've heard, this is usually the source of most clunking type noises after install of the sways.

Your Endlinks may need torquing up correctly

Yeah I can say with almost certainty that these clunking issues are related to either endlinks or the bushing brackets not being torqued down enough.

I can almost guarantee that's the endlink not fastened tight enough. it's a bear to tighten since you have to hold the bolt with an allen key while you turn the nut.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
I usually hit the one side of the end link that I can get to with an impact wrench. Most of the time, that firms up the nut enough, I can torque wrench it with a socket without the need for allen key backup.

The other side isn't accessible with an impact gun, so allen key backup is needed to tighten up.

I eventually got rid of the clunking by tightening the bolt down hard, and playing with the position of the brackets - which have some leeway on their exact position by design. I got other noises that required greasing. I found that they need to be greased every six months.
