I put Eibach Front & Rear Sway bars on about 18 months ago. I've been unhappy with a consistent thud going over bumps. It usually occurred on surface bumps that impacted the passenger side tire, but the noise would seem to come more from the driver side. It drove nuts. The sway bar was in perfectly, and even tried SuperPro end links, one of which failed (I may not have tightened the lock nut enough). I've never really heard of anyone else complaining about any additional noise after putting the front Eibach bars on. I do like the quiet now, but I miss the bar, It alway seemed to add a general stiffness to the front and not just in the corners. That may be just be an effect of the firmer bar with poly-bushings.

That’s the reason I haven’t bothered with the front sway bar. This is not the first time I’ve read about noise complaints with the aftermarket front sway bar either. My project car has a noisy front suspension because I took the isolators off the springs so I don’t need my daily to start making the same irritating noises lol.

If I could figure out how a rubber bushing solution for the Eibach's, I'd be thrilled.

You missed my recent posts on this. I got the front Eibach sway bar in late last August, and within two weeks it started creaking softly as I negotiated the gutter at the end of our driveway, and speed bumps. At higher speeds I don't hear anything. I decided to address the creaking, and suggestions on here to spray with dry silicone have knocked back the noise a lot; for limited time; then I have to get in there and under there and spray again: inside and outside bushing surfaces. The inside surfaces are tricky, because you can't actually see and have to go by feel and approximation: I spray until I see silicone starting to drip onto the top of the undercarriage panel. For a few days I won't hear anything, then after a couple of weeks the creaking comes back. For my last oil change a couple of weeks ago, I had them check the bushings to make sure they are tight (end links too) and lubricated, and they said everything looks as it should. So, their theory is that the larger surface area of the fatter bar causes noise. Hmm, seems unlikely, since no matter how large a surface is, if it is lubricated it will be just as less likely to make noise. But what do I know?

I like the driving characteristics enough to put up with some "high performance" noise if I have to. And this comes nowhere near that: as I said, just some very low speed creaking over radically uneven surfaces.

@cncBilly and I installed fronts and backs on his car and he has mentioned the "noise" issue a couple of times , I believe like Merlin , he accepts it as the lesser of 2 evils.

I only have rear eibach bar. Found the rubber bushings for it. Installed it about 2months ago. Not a single squeak since than, and no need to grease it.

Here is your fix right here. Every 12 months use the grease gun on your zerk fittings you would've installed into your bushing mounts. That will keep things quiet.

Sorry photo didnt attach to last post.

How did you figure out the rubber bushing fit?

Mine were dealer fitted in July 2019, properly greased, and no noise.

Ditto as per @ShannonC, mine were dealer fitted October 2018, properly greased & no noise at all.

I did this with my initial install back in May 2020, havent had any noise yet.

Eventually the grease will wash and wear away and you'll develop noises because of it. A couple quick pumps from a grease gun into the zerk fitting until you see the grease flooding out from around the bushing and you're back in business for 1 year or more.

For anyone considering sway bars, I recommend the Mando ECS10 suspension controller instead. With the Eibach lowering springs and the Mando in Sport the car is a completely different vehicle on curvy roads. In Comfort it rides better than stock on the highway.

Others benefits over sways - no noises, easy DIY install, no maintenance, costs less (considering install).

And, you could do both but I really don’t think you need the sways and the Mando unless you’re tracking the car.

Mando is going to only be an option for the GT2 from 2022 going forward. Any trim without ECS only has sways as an option to button handling down.

Good point. Thanks for adding that. Mando only works on cars with ECS so any 2018+ GT2 or GT Limited.

One thing I forgot to mention is that I have greased the bushings. The noise started from the time of install - its not like the sound of bushings, it sounds like something is just a little loose, but everything was tight. That's why it's so vexing. There's no evidence of anything rubbing or hitting. Also, the noise isn't terrible loud, just an annoying thud that I don't get with the stock sway bar. And it only happens over uneven pavement.

Same thing with my car. Had the sway bars installed back in October 2020 along with Eibach springs.
I hear noises over large imperfections in the road and it's been quite annoying.
Took the car to the installer and the dealership about 6 times to see if they could figure it out.
I'm under the suspicion that it is indeed the sway bars that's making the noise.

This is my second Stinger (2020 GT2 AWD). My first stinger (2018 GT2 AWD) had zero issues with just the springs without the Sway Bars.

Did you ever figure out what the issue was? I just installed the front Eibach sway and am dealing with the constant clunking noise over small bumps in the road.
