Recommended minimum water, engine oil, and transmission oil temperatures?

Hey guys,

I'm either awful at searching or there aren't any specific posts about this. I noticed that the JB4 has a water and oil temperature safety that won't let you get into boost before hitting certain temperatures. Does anyone know what the recommended minimum water, engine oil, and transmission oil temperatures are before launching a tuned Stinger?

For reference, I'm running Map 1 on a JB4, but I'd imagine the min temps should be the same regardless of the tune.

Just when your car is warmed up based on the dial on the speedometer. You should be more worried about how high the trans temp and stuff gets as you add more mods.
