That rear bar is the bitchy one: the bracket on the driver's side has the fuel pipe cramping your working room. Some forum members who have done their own install have fought the job for several hours (but saved the labor cost). The other thing is that some installers charge a flat rate for the install description that includes dropping the rear end to make room to reach that left bracket: totally unnecessary, but that route winds up taking three or so hours with the attendant labor charge (c. $400+). The front bar is simple, you remove the under panel and everything is right there (with the car in the air, of course).
Yeah that's really the big thing sometimes, a lift makes a world of difference. I wouldn't want to even attempt what you described on the rear without one, so I'd probably have them or someone competent do it. I'm guessing have any work like that not done by the dealer may void a warranty? I'm still a little confused on how those work or what I need to be careful of. I'm so used to just doing my own work or getting it done wherever if I can't.

Not likely, since Kia offers the Eibach kits as aftermarket options that they sell and install. It is not impossible that some crass dealership could play the voided warranty game over an Eibach that they did not install, but that is borrowing trouble, and you'd win by bringing in Kia Corp.

Oh good to know then. I didn't realize they offered those, as in from the factory, or just for dealers to install? I know sometimes places get weird about installing any customer acquired parts, even if it's the same thing they'd purchase and install. I'll have to give them a call to get an estimate on install, and see if there is anywhere else around here that I could trust to do it for less.

Got some good dealer websites/part-no. websites where we can save the page and show it later on if we need? I have the bars, but to show they were KIA parts?

I do not. On the forum in months past, someone has posted a link to an actual page showing that Kia offers the Eibach stuff as options that they will provide and install: but without finding it through "FIND" function, it's buried.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
Thanks! It seems like a good community. I've thought I've spotted a few others in Vegas and tried to wave or something, but haven't seen any response so far.

I actually pulled the trigger on the plugs and JB4 yesterday after this initial post, and will probably grab the sway bars in the very near future.
Let us know how this all works out. Most people here tend to lean towards the HKS plugs, they tend to last longer with fewer problems.

From what I've seen, they were equivalent I thought? At least that was what I gathered from BMS tuning trying them out.
Are we sure it isn't confirmation bias from people trying to justify spending 2x+ on essentially the same thing? They're both reputable manufacturers after all.

Regardless, they're in as of yesterday along with the JB4 connected (getting that wire through the firewall was a massive pain since I don't have any wire coat hangers, dunno if they even sell those anymore) and seems to be doing okay. Getting the boots and plugs on the passenger side out and back in were not that bad honestly with a U joint and short extensions on the 3/8ths ratchet with the BMS plug socket, and a 1/4inch ratchet with U joint, extensions, and shallow-ish 10mm socket for the bolts. Those little clips are truly the most annoying part. Was overall pretty smooth, no big issues minus losing one of the little gray clips when it shot off, so I'll need to replace it.

The specs are equivalent, but it seems anecdotally on these forums that the HKS last longer with fewer problems.
