Hey everyone,

I'm looking to buy between now and the end of the year to take advantage of the 2019 lease incentives. Right now I've been calling dealers about GT1 Ceramic Silver prices and am getting a little shook up and want to be realistic on prices. I've been asking for dealer discount of about $5000 off of MSRP $49,000. I'm getting hung up on and mocked, (even yelled at!). I thought a $43,000 starting point after dealer discount was a good price to start looking at lease incentives but all the dealers prices online are $43,000 - $41,000 after incentives and rebates. With those not added in, they are asking for MSRP, the biggest dealer discount someone offered was $800. Am I insane for asking for $5,000 off? Should I be asking for more? Less? Need advice cause this year is closing fast and I really want that ceramic silver color!

Try Costco, I have seen 3.5-5.2k off. I got my 2019 in December of 2018, with 4k off.

Dealers are just being a hole to you.

Do you know if you can still do lease incentives with the Costco buying program?

If you have multiple dealers in range, get one to give you costco pricing (even if it's not the correct color you want) then take that offer to another dealer to beat. Then tack on the lease incentives. The dealer doesn't need to know what color you actually want, dealer stocked trim levels and colors are easy to find online.

Ok, I'm 1 inch away from pulling the trigger on a ceramic silver GT1 AWD 2019. I'm at $39.9K, including TTL. How is this looking?

There is a thread what everyone is paying "how much did you pay for your stinger"

This is the best I could find for 2019 GT1 AWD Ceramic Silver Black interior. Thoughts?

BTW this is the ONLY Kia dealer I could get any numbers on a sheet like this. Every other dealer has been ignoring me or saying the price on the website is the only thing in writing you are getting. I feel like this is pushing me towards this deal FAST.

I got $4,464 in dealer discount off the MSRP $49,000. Good or no?
Ah okay. That's not bad. 9.1% off in MSRP. In all honesty, if you think the deal is fair and the car is spec'd to your wants and needs, then I say pull the trigger and take it. If you think you have more wiggle room to negotiate, I'd try for $35k or $36k even; but sometimes they might think you're playing games if the deal is pretty much set in stone (like this one, where they gave you a break down of everything)

Are they still doing lease cash? Could get a significant chunk off that if you're able to pay it all at once..

Is that a lease money deal for the 10k? Is it ever possible to get that on a buy?

Not by financing through Kia. What some have done is finance the lease buyout through a local credit union. You'd want to visit the CU ahead of time to find out their rates and if they'll do it for a lease buyout with a few miles on it.

Sabs covered it pretty well but just in case you were plannning to pay cash then also lease buyout is better.

I bought my 2019 ceramic silver/ red interior GT1 AWD for 43,000 after rebates (not including TTL) financed for 60 months with 2.9%. Also this was back in March 2019 at a Virginia dealer.
I think you should be able to get a better price than what you were quoted imo, hell even I thought I could have gotten a better price aha.

At the end of the day you should try and get out before ttl around 36k +/-

I wish. I'm looking at paying a total of $41,257 after taxes. They just would not budge at all and are infact the only Kia dealer who even gave me legit numbers. And I'm not risking someone else buying this as I am very color specific. Who am I kidding I'm just impatient and I want the damn car already lol.
