I signed up and introduced myself probably over a year ago. Felt a re-introduction was necessary as I finally got my Stinger last night after months and months of waiting, researching, etc. It has been a frustrating journey (long story) and I almost walked out of the dealership before sealing the deal last night, but I'm glad that part is finally over and I can finally enjoy having the car.

Right before I left the dealership, the salesperson mentioned that I would be receiving a survey from Kia and asked if I would let them (the dealership) know if there were any reasons why I wouldn't give them high marks. Having worked in industry for several years, I know some manufacturers pay attention to these surveys and the dealerships have positive or negative consequences as a result of them. Has anyone given feedback to the dealership prior to doing the survey to give them an opportunity to fix the situation or change your mind?

Howdy. I've given "my" dealership top marks every time they've laid hands on my car: and yes, they ask me ahead of time if there was anything that did not meet my satisfaction.

Congrats and welcome. And i second @MerlintheMad statement. My dealer is always on my ass

Welcome back! As far as feedback goes, it is nice to allow them to try to make things right if they screwed up.

I was going to send the GM an email about my experience, but he sent one in the meantime so I replied to it with my frustrations, etc.

I already had a We Owe to get the water spots, etc taken care of, but my biggest frustration was the crap they tried to pull expecting me not to notice.

It is funny how they expect you to forget stuff. Im still owed a touch up on my rocker from my last oil chage. I dont notice it but its not the point. Plus im not a fan of giving my ride up to them for a day or 2. So i may just find an accessory that would cost them the same. Of course they dont know that yet (wink, wink, nudge, nudge). Especially with the no follow up i received on setting up a time from them to have it done as well as a mirror motor warranty that stll hasn't been done. Yea they kow me at my dealer, i aint scared.
