Radio not working!

Actually..just learned this yesterday..go to your sound settings, go to advanced, quantum logic and then turn off. Your sound should come back on. If you do want to do the master reset, go to : All menus, system info, default. It will prompt you asking if you want to set back to factory defaults, choose yes. You will have to re set all your stations and anything else you set up, ie. Bass, treble and so on. Hope that helps.

There is a reset button just to the right of the radio button, push it in with a pen until it reboots. It won't reset you settings or stations.

That typically will do a simple reset, but it will continue happening...at least in my experience.

I haven't had a problem with the Stinger, but happened in my Sorento and that fixed it and it never came back again..so we'll leave it with "results will vary" :)

I’ve experienced the no sound after start up as well. Xm and no phone connected. Shut off and re start engine and sound is back until I forget about the issue then it happens again. I will try the master reset soon in hopes that’s an easy permanent fix. Love the sound so I don’t want to change any settings like quantum if another option works.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
Just turn the quantum logic off which
is found in advanced sound settings. Worked for me. Didn't notice any change in the sound quality after turning it off either.

Sound turned off 1 time so far. Turning radio off/on didn't turn on the sound but turning car off/on did the trick.

I did a quick search and found that it happens. It's not an issue for me as of now.

You may find it keeps happening. If it does just see my last post.

I did, thank you. :)

Usually I don't like any audio enhancements on but music sounds fuller with Stage on. I blame the Harmon Kardon system for being ok, not great.
