"Radar"? Do you mean parking sensors or something to do with the driver assist "nannies"? More details please.
Hi. Not parking sensors. Happens when cruising from a start Appears to be after 5km

No fault codes may be evident, but are there any fault codes?
I think you need to pull the codes with a good code reader.
Likely there is some sort of miscommunication between your front windshield mounted camera sensor.

Are you saying the problem is very intermittent and the problem did not present itself when the dealership tried to diagnose?

The reply was not to you it was to the poster asking if it was parking sensors.
You request for information would be far more informative if you provided inforrmation like
How do you know your radar has failed after 5kms?
Are you getting a warning?
What does it say?
It's a bit like going into a dealership and saying
"It's broken............"
