After getting the run around at two local dealerships I decided to go out of state (I live in RI) to one the big guys. I had bought a passt in 2010 from quirk vw and had a so so experience. After a few days of emailing back and forth I made the drive. Upon going in the front door I was greeted by the internet sales rep I had been talking to and then turned me to a sales woman. First time dealing with a female at a dealership. After a few minutes I was more than impressed with her and quirk Kia. We went out to the lot to look at the stingers (they had 18 in stock). My heart was set on the red GT2. She told me all about the exterior features then moved onto the interior. She said she’d only been there 8 months but she knew her stuff! We took it for a test drive which was incredible. We came back then moved inside to talk numbers. The online price didn’t reflect the $6500 in lease cash but they were aware of it. I had them run numbers on both a GT1 and GT2. They were more than eager and willing to make a deal. I ended up going with the gt1 awd with safety package. It stickered for just over $49k and I got it down to $35k after all rebates and dealer discount with only $1500 down. Most of their stingers have been there since February so they needed to make deal in my eyes. They weren’t shady whatsoever and more than transparent. After a bit of going back and forth (they said they hate to see a person leave) we shook hands at $400/month including tax and fees. All in all I think I got a good deal but was just happy it wasn’t a shady dealership with salesmen that hound you and force you into something. So if you live in Massachusetts and want a stinger go to quirk Kia!!

I just returned from Quirk Kia in Manchester, NH and was equally impressed with the dealership experience. This was after a horrible experience at Commonwealth Kia in Lawrence, MA, where they wouldn't let me drive a Stinger until I was ready to sign a purchase agreement. No Thanks.

Huh. I've never gone to Quirk because of all the bad things I've heard about them, online and offline. Perhaps things are changing. The attitude from Commonwealth was exactly what I experienced with Herb Chambers and Gervais. It's no wonder I haven't seen any other Stingers around the North Shore.

Yea Commonwealth is a joke with the whole “shop us last” bit wears thin quickly. They won’t budge at all on price, had the same problem with Lev Kia. I also heard a lot of bad things about Quirk but maybe they are changing will give them a try if they have a black stinger GT2 with red interior

Seriously? Lev wouldn't budget? I got 2k off sticker from a red GT2 AWD - they also had a black with red interior that hasn't budged since I bought my car. Now I know why.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
Damn I’d like to get a deal like that. Do you have any contact info for the representative?

Funny Quirk told me that the lease cash would only be off of MSRP for a GT2. I wish Quirk had a black GT2 with red interior I am not a big fan of the red exterior.

Bought a GT at Quirk in Manchester and had an excellent experience. Salesman was Brian.
