Ollie sent me some teaser video clips. It sounds amazing. i actually asked him for it to be a little bit louder! I told him in the USA we love the louder cold starts, deeper growl down low. Are we in agreement? If not I can have him keep it as is. But they are bringing it back in to finalize the sound, actually, PERFECT, the tone. They are looking to keep the frequency 80-100 hz, and are experimenting with double Helmholtz with an additional pair in the center section to make it happen. I will try to post the clips he sent. On takeoff, you can clearly hear the tires spinning as well!

I think you'd be correct in saying in the US we like it loud but I think that's more geared towards the challenger/charger/mustang crowd. Now some stinger owners like it loud and they've probably already bought a Borla or mrbp exhaust which is great. I love hearing them but I don't particulary want to drive one. I think most of us are looking for a specific tone that is louder than stock and doesn't try to imitate a big gurgly v8. Almost more Italian/German-esque refinement vs American loudness. Listen, all we want is perfection, surely that's not too much to ask.

Car is 100% stock with the exception of the silenced secondaries, and prototype Supersport catback. No other modifications whatsoever

The problem, as we've been over here and on other exhaust threads, is it's almost impossible to tell just how loud something is on a video like this. Tone, sure, but volume? Without some sort of decibel meter it's all just assumptions.

For sure, but we already know that their goal is their normal Supersport volume. They have a step above that, but it isn't what the grand majority signed up for. I'd just assume take their professional best intentions for what the Supersport system should be.

I'm digging the Facebook clips. Has a very Porsche or Aston sound. As it annoys me when people armchair quarterback medicine with WebMD and Facebook, I'll trust the professional exhaust designers to do what they do best. Their clips of SS systems on other cars are pretty aggressive but not overcompensating so I'm confident they got this.

They assure me that is is louder than the Sport system we currently have, but nowhere near obnoxious loud. They pretty much redesigned and improved their original design specifically for us. And that is 100% legit. We asked for it, they are bringing it to fruition. Call Borla, Stillen, Magnaflow, etc and ask them to make a new system, which I have, and they will flat out say that they aren't interested.
