Purchased OEM oil filters from dealer.
I noticed there's a difference in the colour of the filtration media between the two of them.

Oddly enough even the packaging colour is inconsistent.

Is there a possibility of counterfeit with these?20200722_213503.jpg20200722_213527.jpg20200722_213729.jpg

No, it's probably just a different roll of material or something. No money in making a counterfeit oil filter for a low production car.

Last time I bought a batch of 8 cartridges together, a couple were slightly different than the others. They were just bagged, no individual boxes.

Yeah, I wouldn't worry.
There are variances in manufacturing fiber goods and printing (ie filter material and cardboard boxes) that probably aren't controlled that tightly because the filters are just going to be plugged inside an engine and the boxes tossed out soon after opening. If you look at the LOT markings on the end (segmented circles and numbers) the filters were produced at different times and/or possibly on different production lines.
I've been using the WIX version of the filter, sold as NAPA Gold brand.
