Your OD in front is c. 649mm, the rear is c. 687mm. That is quite a difference. You are not supposed to run disparate ODs with AWD, very bad idea. It's good the car has low miles. Probably little chance that there is any damage to the transfer case/center differential. Those rear tires look very stretched. How wide is that rear wheel? Looks like a low offset too, to poke that much. Why are the rear mud guards missing? Hmm. Finally, the front tires are "W" speed rated, the rears are "Y" speed rated. This tells me that the ones in front are likely A/S and the rear tires could be summer tires, i.e., softer compound. You will get understeer, your front grip will break first in other words, very dangerous if your pushing a curve.
