I have what seems like a good deal, but the rebates just keep getting better. Seems like the market changes day to day almost. How does this sound?

MSRP: 48565.00
Discounted Price: 35500.00
Destination: 995.00
Processing Fee: 799.00
VA State Taxes: 1621.66
Est Tag Fees: 73.35

Out the door: 38989.01

The discount includes competition rebate and finance cash (1.9% over 60 months).

That's pretty good. The only room to negotiate there might be the destination fee. It should be $0 because destination is included in MSRP. Be prepared for the dealer to fight to keep it in because "look at all the money off MSRP you're getting..." and "we have to recoup the cost of acquiring cars to sell..."...neither is an excuse for them to gouge you with this completely unnecessary fee. All dealerships in this area try this.

That's pretty good. For reference my OTD GT1 AWD was a few thousand over that. Who knows when they really don't move in winter or when the end of the year wraps up. That's something to think about. There's still some 18s sitting out there for example.

Thanks, that helps.

At this point, should we expect that all the 2019s have hit the dealers? Or will they still get more 2019s right up until the 2020s come out?

Tough call. IMHO, if you find the car you want in the color you want with the options you want at a price you're willing to pay, go for it. If you're flexible on color, you might save a grand or two by waiting a month or two.
