I don't see how that could happen. It can't possibly weigh more than a pound.

Just be careful when popping the hatch if there is something above you. The extra few inches may make it hit.

I think they were trying to say from the wind pushing it down. Probably super unlikely though.

The spoiler is on the very edge of the hatch, where the structure is the strongest. I wouldn't do it but I'd bet someone could stand on it and not dent it.

I got it up to 130 Saturday morning. First thing I did when I stopped is made sure it was still firmly affixed. Wouldn't look too cool if I was driving down the road and my spoiler flew off and hit someone's car.

I highly doubt that lol. The spoiler weighs like a pound or less. But hey, weirder things have happened. [Still doubt it though]

I'm trying to find the page I saw it, I know it was on a competitors page who also builds after market spoilers. I'm pretty sure it was just a ploy to get people to buy theirs instead.

Just received my G type from importsharkmike, he has them in stock for a great price, Definitely hit him up. Didn't install it yet because it's been raining all week here in NYC. Here's a quick pic of how it's going to look. More pics to come once I actually install it. Stay tuned.

Ordered it on March 16 and the message sent on the 16th was “paint process initiated, estimated to ship in 7 to 10 days”. Today (30th) I am told it won’t ship for at least a few more weeks because the spoiler is not even in stock. I paid full price at $290 including shipping. No discounts.
