Possibly screws missing from engine?

I removed the OEM cold side charge pipe in preparation for installing the ultimate performance cold side charge pipe and noticed there a few slots where screws could be installed but are not. I’m thinking this is be design, but want to make sure I’m not missing screws. May be tough to see the holes in the first pick. For anyone that installed the cold charge pipe are you seeing missing screws as well?

99% sure they are just bolt points not used in this configuration: I base this on a recent discussion of the same topic on here. :)

Thanks. That gives me piece of mind. Here is better pic of the two missing bolts beneath the throttle body.

Probably used in manufacturing to hold the engine in place.

Normal. Those spots aren't used in our cars.
