There is a new piggy back out in the market with an interesting feature. It ties a map setting to a drive mode. Is this possible with JB4 firmware update? Any way you guys can add this in the future?

Yes we have it on other platforms, plan to add it to the Stinger when we can. Usually what we do is setup Eco mode to VALET map, comfort to currently selected map, and then in the app you select what map to use when in sport mode.

That would be absolutely fantastic!

I will pm you. I don't know if I should mention any names in JB4 forum.
Edit: You have PM disabled? It is made by company that makes very popular catch can.

The stars wars one. :D It's pretty pricey but they promise 80whp gains. I don't think they have meth support yet.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...

Found it in another thread. Ignore my PM. Thanks.

PLEASE DO THIS!

I'll bump it up the priority list. It's a little tricky because where we tap CANbus via OBDII is universal across the entire platform and gives us some technical advantages over a direct ECU wire tap, but one drawback is for this specific mode selection we have to find the correct command to request it.

Awsome, keep us posted.

Could you imagine integrating this with the Mando? Sport= map 1, sportier mando = map 2, race settings = map 5, or something.

If star wars found a way then it's possible.

Won't it confuse the ECU adaptation values?

No different than usual map changes. Will take a run or two for optimal performance when changing makes.

Thats why I never make "usual" map changes. :D
